Would like to mark a Resident's level of participation in an event, or reasons for not attending. This helps when discussing participation with families during care planning meetings. It might also be a regulatory requirement.

Attended

Active, Passive, Limited, Stopped by program, Assisted instructor, Assisted other residents

Did Not Attend

Declined invite, Not feeling well
