When resident cancels their RSVP for an event, their name should drop off the attendee list altogether instead of just showing a zero.

We have 500+ residents. When an event has a large number of attendees, it will be too easy to accidentally include someone in the headcount and/or billing for the event if their name still appears on the list. If they aren't going to attend, they shouldn't even show up on the list at all.
