When an interface from our EHR creates a duplicate user for the same resident who transfers within our community across program levels, our only recourse currently is to manually reconcile this (deactivating the user we don't want). This may not always happen in real time, and there can be app usage and attendance reporting implications as a result. It would be helpful for Community Admins to have the ability to merge two users together, choosing the correct location and username for the resident, and keeping all attendance data.
